Of note, v0.4.0 is English Only. The translations will come in the final version which does not yet have a ballpark of when it will be done. If you need the translations to play, stick with v0.3.1 or lower for now.
If you find any bugs, please report them on Discord ASAP! We do know about the Music Room issues, but those should be fixed if you simply reload the game. There's also a bug with phone calls if you try to rollback into one, so try not to do that!
