Gauging Interest in my latest Scifi Novel

Between writing/coding F@FF and MalOvent, I've wrapped up Draft 1.5 of my latest Sci-Fi novel. It is much different than either of the visual novels, but I figure some of you are here for my writing in general.

The elevator pitch is "Ghost in the Shell meets Waterworld". The working dust jacket is as follows:

The cataclysmic event known as the "Deathfall" happened with little warning before drowning Earth and leaving Humanity on the brink of extinction. Those that survived turned to self-augmentation and mechanization in order to reclaim that which was lost under the dark waves. Humanity found a new foothold, and with it new dangers.
Enter: Arivia, a twenty-something user of the MERMAID cyborg frame. Her life is simple, safe, and fulfilling. At least, until one fateful job sees Arivia's entire world turned upside-down and herself thrust into a harrowing journey into the deep to discover the truth behind the Deathfall.
