exercise is the only proven effective way to reverse chronic depression, it worked for me, even just a limited daily routine helps even in winter with SAD but it has GOT to be daily, and preferably spread out throughout the day, to be effective to reverse depression..

weaponry to obliterate every single martial artist going against them pretty much instantaneously.

rtial artist going against them hands down, martial arts has no value except spiritual and disciplinary. Our societies need to fix our internal violence and deranged personalities in other ways than by forcing honorable men to go to extremes and risk themselves permanent personal injury by having to become expert martial artists to protect women and children. We are extremely uncivilized primitives as a society on planet earth, we need massive amounts of comprehensive spiritual evolution that everyone is FORCED to engage in, I just don't know how to force any single individual to begin participating with either God, the Buddhist concepts, Toaism, or whatever the hell shintoism is (it's all natural at least, I know that much!!!)...if any one has any idea how to force people to do these things, THAT is the ultimate answer, and i do not believe it is possible, that answer does not exist!!!

exercise of any kind is the ideal, at any age, and if you add competition to it it makes it extremely enjoyable and worthwhile. Competitive sport is the best way to exercise. although i extremely appreciate the mindset, discipline, and focused spiritual nature of martial arts, it is wat to easy to hurt yourself and should only be attempted to gain mastery in for the reason it was originally created for, and if you are not trying to gain mastery in martial arts you are just a plain fool.. don't you see, unless you are going to war againt a primitive enemy who has no weaponry to obliterate every single matto protect the women and children who that society of your country protect

I love sports, i used to love the fight and the struggle and was extremely competitive, i'm not against that at all. watching spots is fine as well, it can be almost as fun as plying sports, especially the one most awesome above all other sports to watch and root for the one or the other FOOTBALL is extremely awesome to watch... it's the professional aspect that turns it into idolatry, massive amounts of money wasted on thinking these guys deserve to earn that much and the over the top amount of time people spent entranced and enchante by sports and turne away from the worship of God, THAT is idolatry, my friends, get with the real deal, and pleqse do be careful when you compete on a non-professional basis. God will honor and protect those who are careful with themselves and attending to protecting themselves first instead of thinking they can rely on God for the totality of their protection...

excellent. you are young, sport of any kind is ideal for a teenager if you burn calories and recover. As long as you do not hurt others, it is the ideal, you are the bestπ

if you don't have absolutely perfect form and technique in these martial arts where you are always using you're knees, most people suffer permanent damage that can be seriously physically limiting, I myself do not suggest it at all unless you're planning to actually be engaging in true real warfare where your country and freedom are at stake. Violence for any other reason, especially mere competitive interaction is sheer idiocy, you'll liable to seriously injure yourself for the rest of your life. i don't even support professional sports... I believe the 7th Day Adventists consider that idolatry and vain worship of other men and takes away from the praise and glory of God's strength. we do not need to be competing during these critical end times where the forests are burning down and Earth will become hell itself soon. We need to be cooperating, not competing!!! get real people on planet earth, you're all going to be a bunch of fucking losers at the end of all off this, no matter how many individual battles you may win up until the end!!!

https://www.senseiando.com/stop-practicing-martial-arts/ i'm not trying to sound like a know it all or tell what to do with you're life, but i care about you, you are a very special person, and this is very dangerous, you need to be very particular about how you use your knees in martial arts, so many people do it wrong and end up extremely disabled because of it. i don't know this from experience, but i researched it because i already have knee problems and wanted to see if i could practice with a dojo in spite of this... this is not the article that worried me the most, i could't find that one, but this one tells it like it is, so just be careful, Larissa, there are other ways to excel than to be able to fight.... it is the best way to get exercise and it is a valuable knowledge and mindset, but there are better ways, only because it is sooooo dangerous if you are not very particular about your technique...

what is Muay Thai specifically? I'll have to look it up... i am getting a lot of exercise as a stocker/merchandiser now that i'm working again, but i know that a dedicated exercise, especially something like a martial art, is some of the best kind of thing you can do for your brain and mind not just your body, unfortunately i'm very limited in what i can do as far as an exercise routine, but i know when i dedicated myself to daily exercise last winter, however limited the routine was, it has been the only thing to have ever reversed my seasonal affective disorder to any extent whatsoever. exercise has actually been proven to be the only thing that improves depression at all, meds don't work at all, exercise is the ONLY thing that will work, the more the better...
