Subscribestar Billing Issues!

Attention! Billing issues.
to all who subscribe to my page for the development of My Happy Family, yesterday on the 2nd of the month I had some growing concerns that my SS Page hadnβt automatically renewed my supporters monthly subscription on the 1st of the month because my account within SS still states βPotential Earningsβ and so far within the last 3 days Iβve only gained a little over $40 from new subs.
I ask that you please check your subscription billing to see if your sub for my account has been renewed or if itβs limbo. I also ask that if it is in limbo or shows that it has not been renewed in any form to please screenshot it and DM it to me on discord. Do not forget to redact any sensitive information.
Additionally! If anyone want to stay subbed to me and avoid any future annoyances youβre more than welcome to subscribe to me on Patreon, send a screenshot of your Patreon sub along with your corresponding SS tier/sub. I will make it so that you wonβt get charged on SS as I am able to give people up to 100% discounts indefinitely on SS. Below is an example of what I already did for an existing subscriber.
Warning! If you do choose this method, DO NOT unsubscribe from SS as I will not be able to give you the 100% discount. Apparently if you unsubscribe on SS the creator can no longer send you messages on the site, it wonβt even show a record of any previous conversations youβve had with the creator. Annoying, right?
