It's a poll! And it's relevant for upcoming content.

So, you might be seeing this among your mails or in your Patreon feed and be all like "Woah, a poll?! Vertigo knows about those?! I thought those weren't real?! Is this Jeff's doing?!" or something along those lines. And yeah, you're right, it is Jeff's doing.

But anyway, I was just sitting here, writing for v0.38 (not a typo; things are a bit like that behind the scenes) and encountered something I hadn't encountered before: a flexible scene. No, not in that sense, even though Nao is pretty flexible.
No, what I mean is that there is a bit of a gap between two scenes that I want to fill with something other than just a blurred transition and some narration. Sure, I could go for that, too, and while I usually don't mind doing that, in this case I'd rather have an actual encounter there, even if it's just a short one.
Now, seeing as this is somewhat of an unplanned scene, it doesn't matter too much who's going to be featured in it, in that it isn't going to affect the story in the long run. Thus, a poll!

I figured, why not ask you lot who our MC should run into. And that's pretty much what I'm doing now. Of the following three girls (yeah, small selection, I know, but they are the only sensible choices for this one), who would you want to be featured in a short scene in v0.38?

Since I want to get somewhere with the writing, the poll is only gonna be open for about two days, but that should be ample time for most of you to get your votes in.
For those of you who don't see this in time: Sorry about that, but I'll see if I can't find more opportunities for things like this going forward. It's most likely never going to be anything groundbreaking or any really important choices, since I've got a pretty good idea on how/where I want the story to go, but getting some input for smaller scenes like this could be fun. Might even put content and not just characters up for a vote in the future, but we'll see.

That's all from me for now. Maybe for a quick update on how things are going: Things are going splendidly. Writing's coming along, and I'm looking forward to the release of v0.37 already. Update's gonna be real nice. Lotsa fun stuff and whatnot.
