Declined Pledges on Patreon

Some of you might have heard about it already but for those who haven't: Patreon has some issues with a payment processor at the moment, leading to declined charges on patrons' accounts. For me this means decreased income for this month and thus more stress/worries/headaches in that regard. For you guys, on the other hand, it means a loss of the automatic benefits through Patreon, including no more early access to updates and the automated removal of your respective Discord roles via Discord API.
Patreon's suggestions to solve the issue were so far limited to "have people retry" and "change payment methods". So, since we haven't been given a lot of information yet, those are the only things I can suggest for you guys to try.

I'm sorry for the trouble but it would be amazing if you guys could give these solutions a try if your pledges got declined. This will make things a lot less stressful for me once the next update drops (which isn't that far off anymore) and it'll also make sure that you'll have access to it when it does.
Quick addendum: You *should* be fine using PayPal.

2023-08-09 17:43:47 +0000 UTCIt's really strange how it seems to get flagged arbitrarily, yeah. There's a bunch of declines in my overview too, which got flagged as fraudulent even though I'm certain they're not.

2023-08-09 17:12:55 +0000 UTCI was wondering if that was really going to be a non-issue. the way patreon billed for this sub triggered a fraud alert on my card as originating from outside of the country but the billing company was properly identified as patreon so it was allowed but alert worthy in the pattern change. I have other pledges yours is the only one that triggered the fraud alert
