Tier 3 Change

Hey everyone, 

With the current situation going on out there in the world, I hope everyone is staying safe out there! I've come with a possible change coming this August but I'd like to put it to a vote to see how everyone (in and out of the discord server) feels about the changes I'd like to make to the tier 3 option. As of late, I've noticed that people in tier 3 either:

• Haven't gotten a shot
• Do not show up to my streams and then complain about not getting their request
• Arrive and complain when they don't get a request
• Get their request and then leave after

Now, this is not to say that I'm blaming anyone about this, I feel like I haven't been strict enough or tried a method that benefits everyone. Now, I do have a few ideas and I'd like to hear EVERYONE'S input on this as it may affect the future of the tier 3 option. One thing will be certain, the tier 3 requests will now be refined flat sketches (2 character max, no bgs, no complex designs whatsoever, etc.). The line quality will still be good regardless but it will a lot less hassle on my end to get these done and to you all! Line examples would be like:

The first idea I have is adding a limit to tier 3, that way, only the ones who are truly wanting a request can enter and stay if they wish. If they leave, the slot will be open for anyone else whose interested. This would include being able to provide the request before the stream (once the request post is made) and then instead of waiting for an idea, the stream can begin, work can be done, and so on. Only downside I could see to this is that the tier 3 patrons currently in the option would have to decide whether they'd like to stay or be lowered to tier 2. Plus side is, now, if you get a request and go ghost, someone else will be up for taking your spot. The popular limit that people in the discord have suggested is 6 to 8. 

The second idea I have is having no limit but a tier 3 request wait list, meaning, when you are tier 3 patron, you can provide a request but do understand that there will be others in front of you. Your request may be done in the current month or next month as my limit of request completion will be 6 per month (2-3 streams per month), BUT it will be completed. Once the whole list is done, then we'll make another with newcomers in the front and so on. 

The main reason for doing this is to ensure that all tier 3 patrons get a turn and don't end up complaining afterwards about not getting a shot, getting a request and then leaving the spot, or showing up expecting a request, not getting one, and then leaving.
