Question about COMICS

How would you feel about... me potentially foregoing a more polished pin-up for a month or two, and INSTEAD, trying to make a sketch comic page or two, themed around the character who gets voted? I really wanna get into making comics more, as that is the closest "Professional industry" that I feel really passionate about? So I wanna give it a go!
That said, Comics aren't as polished, and might not have the same appeal to many as standard pinups? And I totally understand that! But that said, this does kinda feel like where my heart might be? And I wanted to know what you all are thinking about it! Lemme know!

Like some moths you might do comics, sometimes it might be a polished illustration, sometimes a sketch page with bonus vore-koma. Whatever you're feeling that month and would best put the subject on display!
