In a temporary tweet, I asked people on Twitter about outfits I could possibly wear. If you are reading this in the future, I possibly have removed it already to prevent clutter from art.
This was supposed to be sketching practice. But I ended up practicing about effects. In particular: particles. This has evolved into me making this whole scenic thing instead.
This is the tweet:
This suggestion was from a friend and a patron: Shurishy.

He played too much shirtless Kiryu. I saw him play too much shirtless Kiryu.
This is the result.
The background is not painted. It's actually from a screenshot of Kaurocho in Yakuza 0, passed on with a blur and pixelize filter. The particles are kind of my representation of how it's displayed in-game. Kiryu's would be blue, Kaiera's would be Yellow.

As much as this one beautiful piece this was, I'm not fully satisfied. It was a good practice that leads to a wonderful piece but could be improved. The only problem that this piece had, was it was slightly offset. To make it more pleasing, all I had to do is to re-position our subject here a bit to the right, leading them to the center.
As in terms of the pose, I could have made it actually more dynamic here and there. Some it would look something like this:
It's not perfect, but I think the forearm would be much more closer to the camera. There would be some more perspective work involved to get this right.

This took me the whole day. I liked how it turned out, but I was planning to work on ManyDogs' two overdue patron rewards. (Like, last year) There was some progress on it already, so no worries about that.
Tomorrow is a break day, however. So I'm just gonna rest.
