During my "I want to work but I have no drive so I'm gonna do random stuff" quarantine vacation week, I was notified that Ludum Dare is happening. Conveniently at that.
But what is Ludum Dare, you ask? It's a 48-hour game jam where you make everything from scratch. In my case, I've just known it a day later. Thus, I only had 23 hours to make it.
This is my entry, to the theme of "Keep it alive" for it's 46th iteration of the game jam. You're a simple program. You just have to keep a failing robot alive. The researchers need it to grab the data they need. What for? Not to your concern.
That aside it was a very cool endeavor. I suggest checking it out right over here!
I wish I could add on to the entry, but that counts as disqualification... but that's Ludum Dare, no? If I patch the game, it's only for accessibility and bug fixes.
I hope you enjoyed it as much as I made it!
(Now my friends are calling me out and consider it work so I'm forced to not work tomorrow. So guess I'll rest!)
