The problem with Nel, Grimmjow getting their own anime original fights (because they do basically nothing in the manga) is that there are only 6 enemies left in the series and neither of them is strong enough to defeat any of them. The only way I can see them getting anime only justice is if they're just more involved in the battles against the Schutzstaffel or if they get to show of their powers against some random enemy mobs (which wouldnt' be that satisfying because they'd jsut be stomping fodder).
