One of us now fr. Honestly we have no idea if a season 2 is on Studio Orange's radar. All we know is that Beastars' final season is this Fall, but they're working on a sequel for Trigun Stampede. So chances of us getting a s2 is looking very slim. Read the manga if you ever have that itch to see how it ends, it's only 108 chapters so pretty short. And if you do read the manga, you can start from chapter 31 if you wanna start where the anime ended
