better way to explain it is you have a server and as long as the server's team scores, they keep using that server each time. This goes for both teams. Once the other team scores then they rotate one position clockwise and get one of their guys in the front on the rightmost spot to swap to server. Some teams will sub in and out depending to get servers in or blockers or defenders in this way.
