My gripe wasn't even the way Eugeo died but yeah that was more anticlimactic than I remember. I just hated the fact that he had so much potential and was written decently well for SAO standards and the author decided to kill him off for no reason. I get it but cmon now, all the other characters in kirito's squad/harem whatever you wanna call it are always sidelined to the point where only Asuna can keep up with him and maybe Sinon, that it was refreshing seeing someone else for once. Also yeah Alicization has two cours, part 1 is 12 episodes and part 2 is 11
