I don't blame you to be honest, too much happened this episode Basically the guy that was down terrible was plotting to [redacted] Solution (the slime), so her and Sebas called Shalltear up to come kill them. Shalltear pulls up and they hear about Brain, who is rumored to be on par with the warrior guy Ainz saved, so they wanted to fight him. She kills everyone there and any witnesses including the adventurer party because they don't want any negative publicity, and it turns out that adventurer party had a scout in the back that got away to report back to the city. So Shalltear let Brain get away and whoever that scout was, and she went berserk trying to find them but she was too late

I think Nabe is some kind of doppelganger? And then obviously Shalltear is vampire (true vampire)? Which take heavy lamprey inspiration in this verse. Hence the... horrific... form she took lmao.

"Kaire" used some spell/ability on Shalltear, and Shalltear threw that spear through the shield dude and the caster while being hit by it. Thats all we know.
