Intergalactic pt. II | PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE | Louise K.

11 days ago, I released the easy-on-and-kinda-soothing new series with this girl, named Louise K . πŸ˜ˆπŸ₯΅
That one was beautiful in it's self, but today we're cranking it a notch up when this PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE part releases. πŸ₯³

You might remember from this first shoot of hers ever - or the second part - is back, because I asked if you thought we should offer her another shoot and you replied 'YES!'. πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ₯³

So we met up at her place, once again. The name is still Louise K and this time around we did two different settings; this oiled up and grunge-looking babe vibed thing & a BDSM inspired black-lingerie-and-nude setup. β˜ΊοΈ The second part will feature both a lot more indepth behind the scenes material, a video, nudity and will be PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE.

Eventhou this whole setup on the first part, still has some similarities with this nude shoot I posted the other day, with Mirriam, it very much differ. The overall style is inspired by that very same concept. ☺️

On the 27th of March I released a lenghty behind the scenes-video from this set too, which goes into detail on what, how & how much laughing was going on.. πŸ˜‚

A little bit of insights..

We started out by having the huge black textile of a backdrop attached to the tripods and adding a layer of plastic foil upon it. Louise could lay on it, while I used a mix of the Elinchrom RX600 as mainlight (placed just outside of the screen on the photo below) and a handheld Nanlite Pavotube with red tones. πŸ€“

At this point, Louise didn't apply any moist to her skin yet.

(A screenshot from the behind the scenes video dropping on the 27th of March, showing me holding the Pavotub in my left hand while I shoot with the right hand. Notice how close I'm in fact holding it to Louise - that's because of the amount of power coming from the Elinchrom flash!)

After we used that setting, it was suggested she went all nude, so we decided to go from horizontal photos to vertical, and place her behind the plastic foil. πŸ€©πŸ™ŒπŸ»
Louise moisturized her skin with some basic oil creme, making it reflect the light much more - but the actualy reason for us to apply it, was to have the plastic foil 'stick to her'. By having a bit of moist at the skin makes the plastic very sticky which was the whole vision of doing this setup. 😁

I kept the Elinchrom RX600 as main light, however I distanced it even more so the amount of light was reduced on this setting. ☺️
The natural light coming in from the windows wasn't used yet because I shot at "M"-mode and used the PocketWizard.

(Above; We moved from the horizontal setup on the ground to standing up doing vertical shots. Notice how the plastic wraps around Louise sticking to her skin - that was the whole point of making this setup)

Afterwards we were done with the nudes and this whole 'plastic setup with artificial light' and went to do the first part of the series. πŸ˜
I now turned off the Elinchrome and only used the Pavotubes as ambient light instead of using them as the real focus.

So we created this kind of nasty mixture of vaseline, oil & coffee and let Louise apply it to her skin. This was not to do the same effect with reflecting light (also because we were now shooting with the natural light coming in from the windo!) but to give her a golden tan, which would look awesome on photos. 😁🀘🏻

(Above; a screenshot from the behind the scenes-video with Louise showing how she made the mixture.. πŸ˜‚πŸ™ˆ)

This particular setup was achieved with combining natural light coming in from some windows, with the power of Nanlite Pavotubes. We even did analogue skin retouch on Louise, by creating a special mix of oils, coffee & lubrication which ended up giving her a nicely darker soft tones.
You will be able to see much more of that in the lenghty behind the scenes video which will air on the 27th of March. ☺️

(A still from the behind the scenes-video to be released on the 27th of March.)

As always, I shot everything on the Canon R5 and this time around only used the Canon 24-70 mm f./2.8 L USM III lens because of the short distance I had to keep on most of the shots, due to me holding a Pavotube in one hand while shooting with the other. πŸ€“

As always: Please feel free to ask away about whatever you want to know about this shoot! ☺️ Technical stuff, practical stuff, tips or tricks - or simply just let me know what you think. πŸ₯³πŸ™πŸ»
