Have you ever dreamed of playing a mashup of Alien and the Little Mermaid with an Ennio Morricone inspired soundtrack? Of course you have! What kind of weirdo wouldn't have spent their lives praying for such a thing? ๐ฝ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ค
And here it is, resplendent in all its tentacular, sinister-kitsch glory - an update with fight scenes, and 4 animations, and 4 sex scenes, and one crucial moment along MC's Hero's Journey. Oh, and one other thing...
Someone's gonna die in this one ๐

Note: Mac is being very annoying at the moment. Use The Unarchiver if you have issues unpacking the Mac version. If this doesn't work, right click the app and look for the word copy but donโt click it yet. Hold the option key and it should say โCopy Spacecorpsxxx as pathnameโ. Open your terminal and type โsudo chmod -R 755โ. After that use the paste command so it can paste the pathname into the terminal. It should then ask you for the password for your Mac to allow the action. It should be able to open after all that.

Thanks Shank. I get what you mean - lol, can be tough to fit the sex into dramatic scenes without creating pacing issue sometimes ๐

2022-12-16 12:30:04 +0000 UTCIm coming in from a fresh start to finish perspective and felt it was pretty funny even if it lacked a fitting buildup might want to see more from the sarges angle and/or give our protagonist something to do other than wait for it as far as the shifter is concerned

One of the few redeeming aspects is seeing Sarge's more vulnerable side when she thinks she's about to die, and subsequently treats the MC decently for saving her life. That said, I realize that it's important to remember that this game is intended to be comedy. It's too easy to for some (myself included) to fall in to trying to compare it to serious Sci-Fi.

I was confused because one of the start icons is named with the "32" while the other does not have any number associated with it, so I did not know if it was the 64-bit or something else. I'm new to this type of gaming, the independently-created visual novel, so there are things I am encountering I am not familiar with. I'm supporting 3 different ones now (which is why I reduced my membership from the $15 tier to the $5 one with you) and have had questions of them all. I am a *long-time* video gamer -- I actually started with Pong when it was *first* released (I'm 69 years old) -- and I've found the best thing to do when I don't know or understand something (if I can't find an answer of the 'net) is to ask someone who does know! So, again, thank you for your time and help! I do enjoy your work; beyond the sex, I enjoy the story, and I do find a lot of it funny! I am looking forward to your future releases of your game, RanliLabz! **

Now I have another question, which is likely so basic I'm embarrassed to ask, but since I want to know the answer, well, *sigh* There are two start buttons. One is 32 (bits?) and the other doesn't say. What is the bit-rate(?) for the unmarked one? And why the choice? Sorry to keep bothering you like this. Thank you again for your time.

2022-12-11 12:24:36 +0000 UTCI must disagree and say this was my absolutely least enjoyable update since the "Anna-only" update. Too many pix of the alien just dancing around. It felt like there were more images than substance this time. An alien dancing around, I just clicked right through. But that's how I feel. I still support you and will follow the progress, but sometimes we grow more from critique than praise.

2022-12-11 06:54:00 +0000 UTCYou need to extract the game into a fresh folder. If you overwrite the existing game, it won't work. Your saves are stored separately, so you'll be able to play from where you left off in the previous version.

2022-12-10 20:02:30 +0000 UTCRight - I think I know what the problem is. Don't extract into an existing SpaceCorps folder. v2.3.2 is an update rather than a patch. Each update should be installed into a fresh folder, not written over a previous update [doing so risks duplicate files that will stop the game working]. You can delete previous updates [the saves are stored in appdata rather than the game folder, so you won't lose progress]. Let me know how it goes :)

Nice to make an extended fight, and itโs given me an appreciation of how tough fight choreography is [Iโve never had to throw away so many failed images in an update before].

2022-11-30 18:33:18 +0000 UTCExcellent update! As always SPOILERS below! That was a really great and straightforward update!! I first have to lol at the identity of the character that died, I won't mention who despite the spoiler warning, but I should have followed my very initial gut on that one haha! But back to the meat of it! The music sequence was really really well done! The hard work definitely shows and it made me laugh too! The literalness of the lyrics was brilliant and the absurdity of the situation even more so! Exactly the Spacecorps humor and style! The renders beyond the music video were really good too, particularly the fight ones! They definitely looked like they were a challenge to make but you pulled it off! It all felt quite dynamic and smooth! I tried both variations of the Shifter sex scenes and they were expectedly disturbing and hot haha, even though neither design is really my thing! I like that you continue to offer a choice between topping and bottoming for the m/m scenes, and even more that you can choose both! That's perfect! I also understood why the MC needed to wear shoes for that task but still, boooo :P The last sex scene was quite fun as well, I think m/f players who don't care for the character will likely still enjoy it! I also noticed that the stats from the werewolf mission last update got fixed when I replayed that bit, yay!
