Tune The Fella - Side Character Concepts #1

Jumping off of the recent update post, here is the first step I'm taking in developing a project to focus on: giving Tune a couple side characters.

The first one is this MILF-like lady, design wise heavily inspired by a lot of curvy 90s characters. Personality wise I was thinking of having her be a "Elmer Fudd/Cruella de Vil" type character to chase Tune around, though like a lot of classic cartoons her exact role may change up to fit a concept. I'm still refining her design a bit but she's almost there.

The second one here is still in the very early stags, I got a vibe down but I'm still experimenting with the design. I was thinking of a more mischievous rival for a Tom & Jerry or Bugs & Daffy kind of dynamic. I was leaning into a kinda Opossum/Racoon kind of design.

I was also considering leaning into some public domain characters, now some cartoon classics are now free use.

I plan on leaning into the classic cartoon setup where you have defined characters who could be thrown into any context or story. Maybe sometimes Tune is a vagabond busking on the street, maybe other times he is more of an anthro "house pet", maybe he's in the middle of a classic fairytale. He really gets around. It would also be fun to lean into some more specific nsfw parodies too, like those weird live action ones.

I'm planning on ether some image sets or comics using Tune. I still have that one existing comic I plan on revisiting soon, and I already have a few more outlines jotted down. For more ambitious plans to work up towards, something animated would be obvious, or I may repurpose some code from Bito's Box Bash to make a fun lil' platformer or something.
