I feel the police girl with green hair (sorry I can't remember her name) is a potential sadistic. The ending could be she enslaves Carter in the police interrogation room and does some of these: 1. forcing Carter to have sex with her 2. torturing Carter brutally 3. playing femdom with Carter If you want Carter to be more miserable (evil), the girl could be Mia or Kate, or even multilpe of them. Or it could be Mia and Kate are having lesbian sex in front of Carter while he's tortured by the green hair police. It could be a kind of "open" ending. You don't have to reveal the actual destiny of Carter after the scene. You could still include him as a different role in Season 3 if you want.

Despite the trap and outnumbering Carter, they barely defeat him. After Carter's defeat, Alex locks him up to get back at him. Then, after a while, someone from the cartel HQ visits Alex to talk about the recent events. Seeing Alex and the others beaten up, they ask for the one responsible. After learning that it was one unathletic random guy, they want to recruit Carter for an assault unit. In this ending, Carter gets a big climax but ultimately fails and joins the cartel. He leaves for a different cartel branch, while Alex is victorious but humiliated.

The eroticism of the genre is based partially on the unfairness of the villain winning and the taboo of the bad endings we never got to see in real tv shows or real novels.

The cartel could imprison him with a setup scenario where Mia will be a witness against him and Hye-jin Choi as his lawyer could screw him over or he could go into hiding. Killing him now would cause too much attention. If he talks about the cartel and the drug in court, he could be deemed insane and put into an asylum. In the asylum or in prison, he could have his revenge arc where he gets into shape etc. He could also go into hiding, get in shape, change his appearance and join a different part of the cartel to get his revenge. In this scenario, he could commit a lot of misdeeds to keep up his cover which might be interesting to watch. Maybe he falls for lust and power and becomes just like Alex or worse.
