So any work I deem to risqué for Patreon (bondage and/or images that contain two parties) I put on my Discord. You should be able to join off of Patreon's Discord Integration, but If you do not have a discord account or do not wish to make one, you can always contact me here or on any of my other socials, and I can send you the art directly.
