Hey Everyone, hope you are having an amazing day!

This week on the channel, I showed how to create some really cool dynamic rainbow motion blur using Apple Motion. You can learn how to do so here!

But I also have a super special download for you, as you can apply this effect onto any moving object inside of FCP!

To get it to apply correctly to an animation, you will need to first animate your object with keyframes, then place your layer into a compound clip. After that, go ahead and apply the effect, and watch the magic happen!

Also, if you are placing it on something that is a different aspect ratio than your project, you will need to first place your layer into a compound clip for it to work anyway.

You can also use plugins to animate the object, then apply the trails effect, and that will negate the need for a compound clip that is normally required with keyframes. Feel free to comment if you have any questions!
