That's a really tricky one! You could use speed ramping at different sections to fix the drummer. Maybe add markers to the music on the different tracks to the music. Then press "Shift B" over the drummers portions to create a speed change. And slightly speed up the clip, or slow it down, so that the markers line up properly.

Starting with he audio track (which is the same that each of the guys used when recording their performances), I lined up each clip as best I could to the audio track, but it's random as far how good it is. It's particularly bad with the drummer. How can I optimize the sync for multiple musicians? I know I can nudge the audio, but that would only fix things for one musician.
