Create a Sidebar in Motion for Final Cut Pro (Download!)

Hey Fam!

This week on the channel, I show how to create a dynamic sidebar using Apple Motion for Final Cut Pro!

On the surface, it seems like a pretty simple concept. But I dive really deep into rigging a template for FCP!

Here's the tutorial if you want to learn how to do it yourself.

You can also download the file down below and install it into FCP to use in your own projects!

As always, I am so grateful for your continued support on my channel. It truly means the world that I get to do what I do!

I really like the idea of this one! Makes it much more interesting when presenting a list of ideas to the viewer. I tried it though.. and even though I have an M1 Max w/ 64 GB... this plugin reeeeally slows down and the playback gets choppy. I have to manually render out this section for it to be watchable. But this plugin doesn't seem like it should be so computationally costly... I wonder if you can revisit it and there are any optimizations so it can playback in FCP without needing to be rendered ahead of time? πŸ€”

Hey Dylan, I like the sidebar very much! Is it possible to make/change the sidebar for a sidebar to watch like a website? My idea is to have a sidebar like this but for review a website or something else (sry for bad English :D)
