Lord Of The Rings Animated Map DOWNLOAD
Added 2022-09-12 11:24:08 +0000 UTCHey Fam! My latest video shows how to recreate the flying map from Lord of the Rings! I thought it would be fun to create this since Rings of Power is out now!
The download is a Motion composition. It's not a template built for FCP, so to use it, you will need to open the actual Motion project and change the different positions around to animate where the camera flies.

I am missing something - I tried doing from scratch and it was not animating for me to the spots exactly as I wanted. Something was of. I took the template, replaced the map and again I somehow getting the angle in the way I don't want it. Could you point out which setting removes/add/edits the angle camera points into 3d map please?

2023-03-28 15:49:04 +0000 UTCThis one requires Motion. Itโs just the project file, which then can be exported as a video. You technically set it up as a plugin, but it would take a full day of rigging points that the camera can go to, and setting up drop zones for different maps, etc. just much simpler to open up the Motion project in this case!
