2022-11-24 04:36:32 +0000 UTCi really liked toddβs conversation with his dad when he asked him why does he have to be proud of him on his own terms. when your goal is to live vicariously through your children or you have that « i am mean bc the world is meanΒ Β» mindset itβs so fucked up. todd kinda reminded me of my brother in this episode, the concept of failure is subjective, and you donβt need to agree w your childβs choices (career, relationships or goddamn religion lol) as long as theyβre living a safe and happy life and not hurting nobody thatβs really all that should matter to you as a parent
