I made a visual aid for claws!
This will hopefully help those of you who are interested in selecting among some of the more common materials used for claws. I haven’t included everything possible of course, since I want to encourage you to sew up your own prototype claws to test and evaluate how you feel about your own materials you find, too!
Some of these materials have dual-names too, faux suede is also known as faux leather, and cheap vinyl can be any number of lower quality vinyls. But I do hope this is a nice start for evaluating what you wish to use for your unique projects!
