However, basically Karina was saying the film is a treatise on the objectification and commodity of women and sex in a puritanical society as ours. Also a bit of it is Vegas is America as a metaphor. I wouldn't be surprised that the boys note the satire in this film. It seems to be something people with a more critical eye are noticing about Paul's films nowadays.

I rolled my eyes at the time when it came out (oh no Jessie what have you done!!), but after figuring out from you guys this movie is made from the same director as Starship Troopers and Robocop, I think there is probably some worthwhile commentary here.
