It’s been a long time coming, and I’m going to need reminders, but for me, becoming more aware of energy boosters and energy drainers is huge!
I have such a heart for people that I want to scoop them all up in my arms and tell them let’s all just get along, okay? I am ready to mother the haters. To educate those who troll. But, if I’m not careful they will drain the precious energy God has granted me.
So, I don’t lash out but I also know better that sometimes silence speaks louder than any words I could say.
And it teaches me to bring closer to me all those who boost my energy, who are going upward too, who want to be effervescent with love!
Energy- it is neither created nor destroyed- only redirected. I love that we have a choice!
