Don't worry, it's ok to ask ;) This model is an edited version of Gorodorok's "Mei Definitive", which you can find on Smutba.se: https://smutba.se/project/31184/ I just changed some things here and there and resculpted the mesh to make her more plump, I could share but the edits are mostly just ugly fixes to make her look good from the viewport angle and are not really usable otherwise. You can easily take the base model I linked and use the provided shapekeys to make her look more or less like you want.
