OP11 Power Rankings – Week 3

Three weeks into OP11, and things are heating up. No single deck is running away with the meta, but we’re definitely starting to see some patterns. The top 10 is packed with strong contenders, and honestly, any of them could take down a tournament right now.

These rankings are based on a mix of win rate, popularity, and how each deck performs against the other top decks. There’s not much separating the top half of this list — a good matchup spread or strong tech choice can make all the difference.

Let’s get into it.

1. Blue/Purple Luffy – The Deck to Beat

Blue/Purple Luffy is still holding the top spot. It’s consistent, powerful, and just hard to shut down. The deck’s ability to build a strong hand while controlling the board makes it a nightmare for slower decks. Even with everyone gunning for it, it keeps showing up at the top of events.

2. Belo Betty – Speed Meets Power

Belo Betty is proving it’s not just hype. This deck is fast and relentless, forcing opponents to respond early or get run over. Betty has strong matchups into some of the most popular leaders, and players are getting better at building around her weaker points. She’s earned her spot near the top.

3. Green/Purple Luffy – Explosive as Ever

G/P Luffy might’ve dropped a bit, but it’s still a serious threat. It can snowball leads quickly and end games before the opponent even gets going. While some of its bad matchups are getting more popular, the deck’s power and consistency keep it in the spotlight.

4. Red/Green Smoker – Climbing the Ranks

Smoker is on the rise. It’s flexible, aggressive, and rewards tight play. The deck can shift gears depending on the matchup, which makes it really adaptable in this wide meta. More players are picking it up and finding success — don’t be surprised if it keeps climbing.

5. Purple Luffy – Always in the Fight

Purple Luffy refuses to fall off. The new 8-cost Katakuri gave the deck another strong finisher, and it’s been performing well across the board. Whether it’s going first or second, this deck finds ways to apply pressure and stay in control. Simple, strong, and effective.

6. Green Bonney – Reliable as Ever

Bonney is still hanging around the top. It doesn’t have the flashiest plays, but it does everything well — good board control, steady pressure, and a deck that rewards solid fundamentals. It’s not going anywhere as long as the format stays balanced.

7. Blackbeard – Still a Threat

Blackbeard isn’t topping every event, but it’s always lurking. The deck has some really strong matchups and can dominate in the right setting. It’s a little more boom-or-bust than the others above it, but when it hits, it hits hard.

8. Blue Buggy – Solid, But Bugged

Buggy’s still doing well, even though it’s being held back a bit by a sim issue that affects one of its core combos. Despite that, it remains a strong pick with great early-game control and solid pressure. Once that bug gets fixed, we expect Buggy to move up.

9. Red Zoro – Classic Aggro Still Works

Zoro is hanging on thanks to one thing: speed. If you’re not ready to deal with early pressure, Zoro will punish you. It’s straightforward and effective, and in a meta where players are testing slower builds, that’s exactly what makes it dangerous.

10. Black/Purple Luffy – High Risk, High Reward

Black/Purple Luffy is flashy and unpredictable. It can blow games wide open with a strong swing turn, but it’s a lot more inconsistent than the decks above it. Still, if it stabilizes, it’s hard to stop. Not the safest choice — but definitely one of the scariest when it goes off.

Final Thoughts

OP11 is shaping up to be one of the most open metas we’ve had. The top decks are close in power level, and each week we’re seeing new shifts as players adapt. With so many viable options, this format rewards strong piloting and smart meta calls more than ever.

Check back next week — this list is almost guaranteed to change again.
