One where she wants to push her luck and the doctor adds a neural interpolator experimental device to her implants during a fill that makes her boobs grow biased on the depths of her impulses. The deeper she descends, the larger she gets kind of deal. Of course not being a fan of going backwards, this is a one way street she's on and it can only get larger ;)
