Added 2023-07-28 03:31:37 +0000 UTCSorry this took so long. It required a lot of research on my part, and I found myself run into a few problems. Mostly, I was afraid of simply writing another version of Tiny Tim whenever there were any similarities between those two characters.
Consequently, I wrote and then threw out a good sixty paged of text, before I finally decided that it was stupid.
So, yeah, sorry again. The next chapter should be out a lot quicker.
