Chun Li's Feet

So I've been getting request to fix Chun Li's feet because her toes are wide apart and I don't mind doing that but then things get very subjective and some might like them and might not. I don't want to spend too much time on feet because they are extremely subjective and it's hard to fit everybody's taste.
Now for Chun Li's feet and for every other character I usually just take feet from one of the existing characters (whoever have most detailed feet - Juri in most cases) and then adjust them to match the target character's look/proportions so I try to just stick to Capcom's look for feet so they can go in line with other characters and overall art style of the game.
I want to give few examples here.
Below are Chun Li's feet

Below are Manon's feet
As you can see they are all far apart as far as finger gap is concerned and these are designed by Capcom and therefore this is the look I picked for Chun Li too.
Now if you all want I can reduce or eliminate the gap between fingers and bring them together to have that Dead or Alive like feet but keep in mind I won't be making two, three variants just for different feet so I want concensus here please.

2024-05-29 16:35:52 +0000 UTCI think most people would not prefer wider feet for women, though it is realistic for these fighting women characters to have wider feet. Which is probably why Capcom has chosen to have larger feet even though the rest of the female bodies are more conventionally attractive. For the least amount of disagreement from the audience, I'd suggest that you use normal or narrow feet. Nobody would complain about those but you would certainly get complaints for giant, wide feet. Personally, I hated how Street Fighter 5 looked, for example. Also, where do you receive mod requests? Thanks for the mods

2024-05-29 06:05:21 +0000 UTCI like Chuns the most, Manon's the least lol. Those are some claws man. I like them closer together, but if that's how it is by Capcom then it should be left that way, maybe adding detail here and there. (Except for Manon's maybe cuz goddamn.)

2024-05-29 04:05:32 +0000 UTCI've gotten used to the Chun-Li feet even with the gaps, but if you can indeed remove the gaps between the toes, that would make them more 'normal'-looking, for those that like her barefooted.

If possible, I would like to ask if it is possible to add the option of wearing shoes. Some people don't care, but I feel it looks uncomfortable. People who like their feet now can be satisfied, and if someone like me can also be satisfied.

2024-05-29 00:45:51 +0000 UTCI never noticed that these characters had a feet gap, guess it doesn't bother me at all like it might for some. I personally don't think it'd be worth tweaking such a small detail, the mod is coming along very well ❤️
