Lol thank you! I am not done with materials yet so expect more improvement there. I am still tweaking the bandages, I just posted a video WIP for her and in that you'll see that I deleted few bandages to give her a more random look, will be doing more adjustments.

Looks like she came straight from a tavern of wuxia china to the beach. In other words, it's looking great. I don't understand anything about 3D, but good job on the materials, the hat and jacket (shirt?) are looking great. This outfit would also look great in the Onimusha 4 girls. Also, there's something about open jackets and shirts that's fascinating to me. I also really like the bandages giving contrast to the calves and thigs, gets your attention and reminds you of how great the model looks. One thing that comes to mind for me is that they're a bit too spaced out. If you believe it's worth the effort, it might be interesting to try putting a bit more of them and crossing them a bit more to see how it looks (some examples would be Ino from Naruto, Ja'far's first appearance on Magi SnB). Just something I felt worth pointing out, the outfit already looks very good.

Make sure to check the after images Ibuki has with the slot conversions. I have seen a number of modders mess up their own slot conversions and the after-images end up grey as a result until they are corrected
