ツイタについて

ごんにちは、私のツイッターアカウントが停止しているのを見て 理由を知りたがっているかもしれません。ここで何が起きているのか簡単に説明します。あるストーカーのやつが1年以上も私を悩ませていますね。 なぜか分からないけどあいつは私や私の作品を嫌っています。私はあの人を1年間完全に無視していました。なぜならかれは私のexclusive作品をツイタに無料公開するだけだったからです。 それでも彼に注意を払う価値はなかったが，こいつはついに私を困らせる新しい方法を見つけました。 ニンテンドー·オブ·アメリカのふりをして 大量の偽DMCAレポートをtwitterに送りました。 (そして、こいつは海外のコミュニティではかなり有名なやつです。5年以上こんなことを他の作家たちにもしています。) 任天堂が実際に同人画家を訴えてから20年以上が経ち、一度しか起こらなかったので、本物の任天堂ではないと思います。 フォロワー数がほぼ同じで、主に任天堂のHなゲームキャラクターを描いているアーティストさんたちに連絡を取りましたが、同じ問題を抱えているアーティストはなかったです。 つまりあの人が偽の情報を使ってあいつのDMCAが正しいと Twitterに信じ込ませていると思います。 Twitterはその報道が偽物であろうとなかろうと、すべての報道が真実であると仮定しています。なぜならそれは彼らができる最も簡単な方法だからです。 ツイッターは解決のために報告した人に メールを送ることを勧めています 彼は私を困らせるために偽の報告をしているのでこれは解決しないでしょう。 数ヶ月前に起きたPatreon一時停止事件もこいつと関わっていたと思います。だれか400件以上の私のpatreon ポストを一つ一つ申告ました。こんなくだらないことに時間を使う人はたぶんあいつだけ。。 とにかくいつかそうなると分かっていたので、pixivをもう使っていました。 以前のTwitterアカウントが復活しない場合は、新しいアカウントを作るだけです。あいつは自分が何かすごいことをしたと勘違いしているかもしれませんが、twitterは新しく作ればいいだけで今もpixivがあるから大丈夫です。 よかったらこれからも私の絵を見てください。 ありがとうございます。 Many of you might saw that my twitter account is suspended and want to know why, heres brief explanation of what’s happening. There is one stalker guy who’s bothering me for over an year, I don’t know why, haven't even talked with him but somehow he hates me or my works. I completely ignored him for an year because all he does was posting my exclusive works on public. Still, it was no worth to give any attention to him but this guy eventually found out a new way to annoy me. Pretending as Nintendo of America and sending mass fake DMCA reports. I’m sure it is not a real Nintendo because it has been over 20years when Nintendo actually sue a doujin artist and it happened only once. I have contacted many other artists who has similar number of followers and who mainly draws nintendo or video game characters, non of them was having same issues. So it is obvious the guy is using fake information to make twitter believe that it is valid DMCA claim. Twitter doesn’t wanna give a shit no matter the reports are fake or not, they assume every reports is true since its the easiest way they can do. And twitter recommends to send email to the guy who reported it to solve, and you know, it won’t work since the guy is making fake reports to annoy me. Also I guess the patreon suspend happening a few months ago was also involved with this guy, he hand reported over 400+ posts of mine and yeah, who would do this kind of thing. Anyway I knew this would happen someday, thats why I also started to post on pixiv. I might make a new twitter account if the previous one can not be restored, it’s no big deal. He can continue waste his time on this believing he is doing something great, I can just make new acc and keep drawing.
