Another thing from the March bonus poll - the runner up was for me to design a buggy girlfriend for Neela the bee! I finally finished this rough reference for her.

I know Orchid is a really basic name for her, but I just feel like it fits ... after all, an orchid mantis models itself after an orchid flower, and I feel like it's a name that a transfem mantis might pick for herself. :3
I tried to make her look more like a lil alien, because that's the vibe that mantises have. Also the green markings aren't hair, they're just green markings, even though the heart is kinda masquerading as pubes.

I really hope you all like her! Can't wait to draw them together! (❁´◡`❁)
