I based the pose off this Takeuchi illustration:
I love the composition of this, with the super feathery wings! I feel like Eternal Sailor Moon is usually drawn with simplified wings, and while I actually like those more, it's fun to draw them looking a little more like they could be real.
I went with the color palette from the Cosmos movie redesigns. 💜
