More WIPS + Patreon updates

As for patreon, changing things slightly, $10 membership will get access to 4k videos, early access in seeing animations and future VRChat early access
(Note - The VRChat beta model, if you're in the lower tiers, the code will change and only $10 will get the code)
Also a newer tier for people wanting to support more. See how things go and may make little changes going forward!
