I've been visiting the hospital recently due to severe shoulder pain. This is the reason for the recent decrease in my workload and communication. It's because of your support that I'm able to make a living as a creator, and I'm always truly grateful for your patronage.

...My left shoulder is starting to ache again as I write this. I'm going to get some sleep now to manage my condition.

最近、肩の痛みがひどく、病院に通っております。作業量が一時的に減り、皆様とのコミュニケーションが滞りがちになっているのも、これが原因です。皆様からのご支援のおかげで、私は生計を立てることができております。いつも本当にありがとうございます。
