That pendant with the eye and hand is a hamsa or Hand of God. But it goes by many names. I have a tattoo of one actually in honor of my grandfather who was from Poland who wore one around his neck all the time. It wards off negative energy and the evil eye. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamsa
