i went to see Puss in Boots in the cinema yesterday. on top of constantly quietly cooing throughout the film about how cute he is in his little outfit, i found the film very entertaining! highly recommend it if you want some stupid fun.

I was honestly impressed at how they handled anxiety and the concept of respecting life and death, living life to the fullest but also being aware that one day we'll all perish- for a movie moreso aimed at kids I was genuinely surprised at how it played out, though I reckon all the Shrek movies have had that sorta vibe to them.
