The thing is, the background sucks (I tried to do a dark temple just like in the game but it looks meh) so I don't post them until I get inspired. In latin, it is called papillae corōnae glandis (no idea how it is said in english :D). I add them to give a nastier look to all of those penises, even if it isn't linked to a lack of hygiene.
