For those of you unfamiliar with the character, she's the daughter of Mia Winters, a superhuman bioweapon who is under the constant watch of the government. The people she sees the most are, funnily enough, her bodyguards. And by bodyguards I mean "executioners who are always ready to put a bullet in her brain".
She's a mutant freak who is constantly bullied at school, and she doubles down her insecurities with massive daddy-issues (her father sacrificed himself for her when she was a baby, sorry for the decade-old spoiler, guys).
The dialogue is a reference to the fact that Rose is mostly or completely made out of something called "Mold". In other words, she's a big🍄shaped like a human lol.
Do not worry, my fellow porn aficionados: mold people are 1:1 copies of humans. So everything is at the right place and perfectly functional!
