How I do commission sketches

I currently only do commission work for acrylic paintings and before I start on the painting I always create a digital mock-up for the comissioner to approve. The sketch is usually really rough, just enough to give them an idea of color and composition, we may have a bit of a back and forth of refinement until the comissioner finds a sketch they're happy with and move into the final painting. Here's the difference between an initial sketch and an approved sketch that I'm going to start painting soon!
