No need to feel guilty for things beyond your control. No matter how much you love your art or your fans, your physical and mental health is what's most important. Please, take all the time you need to recover, and don't worry if you're not sure what you're doing. You'll get there. I'm so proud of you. Also, I'm glad you enjoyed the live performance. Think of it like training a puppy if you overwhelm yourself you'll just get mad at yourself. Slow and steady and be forgiving to yourself
