This can be completely overwhelming sometimes, and that’s ok. You’re allowed to take time to collect yourself, your thoughts, your emotions, whatever. Please remember though, there is absolutely no need to apologize for it. You’re just human like the rest of us. Keep in mind though, that even in your times of trials and tribulations, and in your darkest times, that your voice is providing solace for many people facing their own challenges. I hope that gives you just a bit of strength. Don’t worry about us, we will be here when you’re ready, we just want you to be as healthy and happy a peach as can be ❤️

Are they still thinking lupus as well? Stress exacerbates almost all chronic illnesses so I hope you try some meditation or Tai chi to help settle your mind. I know everyone has heard take it a day a time but sometimes that's to much just focus on the minute your experiencing, drink your tea, savor the flavor, the warmth of your hands as you hold the mug. Savor the scent of the tea as you bring it to your lips to take a sip. Cuddle your kitty. You've had to be the responsible adult with your parents even as they battled their alcohol addiction. I'm sorry your mother couldn't get help but I hope your father does. You are a beautiful person and you are strong faltering under pressure you've been under isn't weakness darling I think you're almost Hercules. Now to be clear , you're not a astronaut vampire????? I am so disappointed *winks* take care sweetness.
