The camera tracking was a nice touch for the scene! I think it would be a good trick used in moderation (for certain shots , like from the POV of the character in this video) and would probably be a wonderful way to get across head movement if there's a future video of a more mobile 'hunting' dragony. Get's across that 'hyper focused' feeling.
