Sleep aid audio suggestions ♡

Hello my lovely community,

Sometimes it's hard for me to choose a direction when I'm feeling stuck so I'm turning to you. I want to make a lot more sleep audios like I used to & I'd love to hear some scenario ideas, suggestions & what you feel makes a perfect sleep aid. Thank you so much in advance. ♡

Falling asleep during movie night or thunder storm older sister/bff type audios

Brawlor

Head scratches, hair brushing and soft whispering get me zonked out

ICDexter

I'm a sucker for head scratches as you know, but something with some humming and light rain as well would work wonders on me.

Branded

With it being summer how about some air conditioner background noise? A small little intro like shared discomfort of heat but still physically close. Then like 20-30 minutes of breathing and (optional) calm heartbeats. A nice forehead kiss and goodnight to begin the breathing.

NinjaDaSheep

A follow-up or part to the *best friend comes back from the dead as a vampire* one?

Emperor Nemean

Sleep audios with a theme of coming back from work, since that's when I usually listen to audios to sleep faster for the next workday

Robert Cal

The best sleepy audios are definitely the "older family member/girlfriend comforts you/validates you" type of audios. Personally , I love when you go from super soft speaking to whispering randomly . Also the head scratches and heartbeat sounds for like 10-20 minutes after the speaking help a lot !

Jordyboi

Keep the 20-30 minutes of the breathing/moving sounds at the backend of the audio, maybe with more kisses? I still go back to that 47-min audio from last November a lot and it helps me become calm enough to sleep :)

B

touch starvation comfort from best friend :)

Marc Andri Fuchs

Rain, hair scratches, and kisses for sure

Delta Lead

Can never go wrong with rain ambience. I also find myself really enjoying whispers while sleeping audios.

AJ Farmer

Definitely more hair play.

Hallow

Singing/humming is something I really enjoy.

Artaeos

Big fan of thunderstorms and babbling brooks.

Charlie Flaharty

Personally I’m a huge fan of rain / campfire / heartbeat sounds. Scenario-wise I’d personally like something like comfort for loneliness / touch starvation by a friend. :)

nico

I’d honestly like a gentle dom mommy vibe that has both hair scratches and a gentle heartbeat. Those are my two favorite triggers for relaxation.

The Bachinator

Just take a mic with you while you get ready for bed?

Alice

The last one. I second the last one.

How about another scenario similar to the "Snowed In" audio? One where maybe a tired or stressed Peaches needs a big spoon? Similar to one of the previous comments, a scenario with zero expectations where Peaches can pull me away from my workaholic world and help me slow down Peaches, the highly popular A-list celebrity voice actress, is holding a fan signing event with listeners coming from all across the country and even some from other parts of the world. A tired peaches converses with her last fan and realizes this fan's phone is out of battery after being used all day in line. It's late. It's raining. Most places nearby have closed. This particular fan isn't from the local area and has never used any public transportation other than Uber. Fortunately, they are both staying at the same hotel and the star-striking Peaches offers this exhausted fan a ride across the city in the back of her agency's car. A late night car ride in the rain with Peaches? Sign me up. I know this sounds weird, but it would be an honor to fall asleep in her presence. Who knows? Maybe Peaches needs a travel buddy the next day...

This script already exists, but if you're interested, I'm it's public to use. How about, "Vampire Girlfriend hypnotizes you to sleep." It's more wholesome than it sounds.

Dan_Gaming_Fan

Rain sounds, hair brushing, or anything with you talking. Especially the last one. It would be cool to hear you share about history.

Daymond B

Hairplay combined with rain would be awesome

Happy

In a Tent with the rain falling. Maybe a little bit scarey. A bear roar in the distans. But the listener and "you" comfort each other and create a save, calm and relaxing bubble in the tent. A feeling of been the only persons in this world in that moment

Apparently, I recently found out that counting works wonders. Sometimes it's nice to have a background sound going like some rain. But, I really enjoy complete silence with added sounds from your voice. Also biscuit brains 😍 Any cuddling or wrapping (like a Lamia) scenario sounds very comfy. Slight heartbeat sounds at certain times... Just so many things that help! Most importantly I'd say is, maintaining a monotone sound profile throughout the time when the listener should sleep. I unfortunately do not respond well to 90% of ASMR triggers that are not coming out of someone's mouth (rubbing, brushing, plucking, tapping... etc.)

I may be biased because o have a few of these audios saved, but what about a Dragon woman who is in a sense the listeners mother putting them to sleep while the listener has a cold or is just sick in general, an easy scenario to be sure but the reason why I added dragon into the idea is because you could light a fire with the dragons breath, or use the wings to cool down the listener, I personally love the dragon mom asmr videos I've listened to and some are actual dragons that are female or are women with the features and abilities of a Dragon, so some of the triggers that could be in there are: head scratches, blowing sounds, positive affirmations, just in general motherly vibes (which you give off a lot of motherly vibes) and maybe some sipping sounds if you choose to give the listener tea or soup

LeoHunter

I personally respond extremely well to head scratches, gentle ear blowing and rain sounds. Those put me to sleep almost instantly. A classic scenario for that would be: waking up from a nightmare and being comforted. But something maybe more original would be: sitting on the porch and watching the rain with your big sister or gf.

Thank you for giving us more sleepy audios. They are usually my favorites! For sleepy audios, something that I really like is fluffly sounds (Hair caressing sounds, if an example can help you. It is achievable by rubbing earmuffs... but I think you don't own a 3DIO mic, which might complicate recording this type of sounds.) For myself, generally softer, slower and gentle sounds are the best, since my brain does not really have to pay attentiion if the sound is aggressive. Taking ideas from your audios in the past, there are a couple that no matter what, always help me sleep; Incarnate Inn. I think it's the deeper voice that helps me, so maybe a character that has that kind of tone. Maybe a villanous character since that would fit for the deeper tone, an enimatic sorceress, femme fatale, queen, pirate captain, detective, oracle... Anyway, that is just me, no need to take my opinion!

Gnot

Verbal triggers help me a lot, I struggle with letting my brain be inactive, so having someone tell me that it’s okay to rest, and to sleep, and to let my guard down really helps. As for scenarios, (just based on my recent week off from work) having an environment and place where there’s zero expectations, the listener could be in the middle of a hike somewhere secluded, it’s after lunch, they have nothing that needs to be done, just the sounds of nature and their friend there to help them enjoy a nap?
