Script collaboration - 'Pinning down your best friend's bratty sister'

So, there are two elements I've got. 1. She's eyeballing the listener from afar as the listener is waiting on her brother to return. As such, she's tossing either small clothing items, or balled up paper at them. Eventually it gets to the point that she gets braver and working her way closer, and as she does, the listener's to the point of snapping and gets her and pins her down... 2. Another idea, is either waiting on the brother, or leaving him to go venture off or use the bathroom, the listener roams around and either wonders into the sister's room or she finds the listener; either way, she hecklers the listener into snapping and pinning her down.... ...(In a not so lewd way) their eyes lock and she blushes extremely to being very close to the listener. The listener's (unknowingly to her feelings) about to go off on her and a small brave kiss from her puts the listener in a state of perplexity and immediate cool headedness. IDK, I think I've done a lot, so I don't want to push too much. Was that the right track, or anywhere in the ballpark of what you were looking for?
