THE PERFECT SLEEP AID?! 👀
Added 2022-11-19 20:39:35 +0000 UTCHello lovely patrons!
If it’s okay, I need your help! I want to create the best sleep audio I have ever made to date - what kind of things do you think make for a perfect sleep aid/helps you drift off to sleep?
What kind of elements? Words? Scenario? Sounds? How long should the audio be? Just anything in audios that you feel helps you sleep, let me know about it!
I’ve noticed a lot of you are struggling to sleep & I can’t do much but I can try to create something that might help. Thank you in advance for your advice 💖

Some sleep aids I can't use more than once or twice before I start to notice where they repeat, so layering and randomness in the long section is important I think

2022-11-21 00:00:39 +0000 UTCWhispers, just normal conversation - nothing special. Sounds of breathing and heartbeats too.

2022-11-20 23:37:38 +0000 UTCSounds that evoke a visual that is relaxing. That is also a soft sound, like Head scratches type of sounds.

2022-11-20 07:15:58 +0000 UTCHeartbeat sounds, breathing sounds, hair scratches, small kisses, and words of affirmation in the beginning to set the mood

2022-11-20 06:38:00 +0000 UTCSoft ear to ear speaking, just talking about normal things it doesn’t have to be affirmations or the like. Head patting/hair brushing. And i think it’s called ear tracing, gently running fingers over the 3dio essentially. Hope you can make the best audio ever!

2022-11-20 00:30:13 +0000 UTCHead/hair scratches and quiet words of comfort and support are what help me doze off the most... but mostly the head/hair scratches.

2022-11-19 22:53:22 +0000 UTCSoft spoken, calming words. At least 30 minutes long to ensure I'm asleep before it ends, even if the last 10 minutes or so are just quiet hair play or something. Generally, what works best for me are ones that basically make me feel like someone is there with me to help keep me calm and whatnot. Brown noise in the background helps too (things like the hairplay mentioned works well for this, as does soft rain, etc). Some examples of ones that work great for me already are your Log Cabin, the Healer part 2 audio from a little bit ago, and ASMR Latte's Healing Sleep Cafe.

2022-11-19 22:33:10 +0000 UTCPersonally I enjoy rain sounds. And maybe you can do some light tracing on the mic.

2022-11-19 22:08:17 +0000 UTCFor the back half of the audio where you’re normally “sleeping” too, include some soft breathing and moving in the sheets just for realism (if it’s not too creepy)

2022-11-19 21:59:26 +0000 UTCHeartbeat, head scritchies, soft breathing and rain sounds are my favorite

2022-11-19 21:42:28 +0000 UTCHello, peaches! I understand that asmr is not your strong suit, but it would be fantastic if you could do some tapping sounds with soft rain sounds in the background.

2022-11-19 21:32:53 +0000 UTCOne thing that is always helpful is soft breathing. Tapping also helps me but thats personal preference

2022-11-19 21:29:31 +0000 UTCI remember you used some kind of water balls that made a bubbling sound in a previous audio, and that sound just knocks me out, so maybe some of those again would be nice

2022-11-19 21:25:28 +0000 UTCi have always liked gfe type like heartbeat, head scratchies, soft spoken whispers and comfort cuddles.

2022-11-19 21:10:57 +0000 UTCPersonally I love being held, sleeping on my side, face buried in her chest, back, neck and head scratches/rubs. As for words "its ok baby, i got you." "Im all yours" "youre all mine." "Youre safe here with me." "Im not going anywhere" those are all personal favorites

2022-11-19 20:58:40 +0000 UTCHead scratching and soft whispers knock me out every time.

2022-11-19 20:57:09 +0000 UTCI really enjoy binaural ear brushing and rubbing. I think the best thing is when the speaking becomes gradually softer until there's no speaking at all, and just the sounds of breathing and asmr triggers. I also like when the quiet part of the audio lasts a while. Also I think the sounds of bedsheets helps give a sense of cuddling.

2022-11-19 20:49:06 +0000 UTCFor me just alot of positive affection, but for me I just have a whole playlist of asmr i use for sleep and tbh I got a few of your videos in there the ones in question are: the Neko maid collab with Darlingstrawb, the siren video you posted not too long ago and weirdly enough the giantess video where the listener was captured but you (the giant) release us and in turn we cuddle with you

2022-11-19 20:48:08 +0000 UTCHair smoothing ~ soft whispers! soft ocean waves~ light breathing (i think this really helps to create the immersion that i’m sleeping beside someone and it helps me fall asleep faster)🥰🥰🥰 perfect scenario for me is cuddlingggg or being hugged/hugging to sleep 🥰🥰maybe an hour long video to fall asleep to and it can be looped or smth!

2022-11-19 20:45:12 +0000 UTCMaybe 2 people in a tent. Gentle rain and thounder... Whispering and just listen to the other persons breathing

2022-11-19 20:44:38 +0000 UTCwhite noise like rain mixed with slow, repeating sounds like talking and hair play is a sure fire way to knock me out. Anything that goes from ear to ear is also really good

2022-11-19 20:42:38 +0000 UTCFor me personally; soft ear to ear whispers, affirmations of relaxation and “you deserve to rest” that sort of vibe. And I know it’s a more controversial one, but I’ve always dug the heartbeat audios? It fuels a sense of proximity and comfort. But that just could be me. Hope this helps!

2022-11-19 20:42:10 +0000 UTCWhen it’s softly spoken, and the light rain sounds are an amazing addition as well.

2022-11-19 20:41:41 +0000 UTCI'd say raining at night, gfe experience, and probably around 30 minutes long. Those always work when I can't sleep.
